Job Description
This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary.
Accredited training will be provided to support your career.
Responsibilities
Daily opening and closing of the three offices and ensuring their security.
Setting up meeting rooms and organizing seating as directed.
Collecting, franking, and ensuring post from the various offices is forwarded for collection by An Post; some hand deliveries will also be part of your routine.
Performing minor general maintenance, including painting and decorating, on an ongoing basis.
Managing daily rubbish removal to the Tait skips.
Engaging in your own training and development, with the expectation of working towards a Major award QQI over a three‑year period.
