Manager, Financial Reporting
At PGIM Private Capital, we're a global operations team that supports our funds' financial oversight and reporting. We're responsible for multiple credit fund strategies and their limited partnerships.
* We prepare financial statements and investment returns for funds and separate accounts.
* We assist in the preparation and review of investor communications, including capital activity and quarterly reporting.
* We support with Fund cash / liquidity management and payment of vendors.
* We collaborate with the funds' auditors to ensure that reporting deadlines are met.
* We proactively manage and complete ad hoc initiatives, e.g. share issuance notices.
* We report dividends to limited partnerships.
* We provide support for VAT and other tax returns.
* We build working relationships with external Fund Administration.
What You Will Bring
* You have experience in fund administration, accounting, tax or operations in financial services.
* You possess strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
* You have strong analytical skills, accuracy, and careful attention to detail.
* You're a high-energy person who brings positivity, geniality, and optimism to work.
* You have critical thinking and problem-solving experience.
* Prior experience with financial statement preparation and accounting guidelines is a plus.
What Sets You Apart
* Prior exposure to Wall Street Office or Allvue (fka Black Mountain) is a plus.
* Prior exposure to Direct Lending and private credit funds is a plus.
