If this sounds like a place where you could shine, we want to talk to you.Here’s how you’ll bring the K Club’s trailblazing vision to life:Maintain both Golf Courses to a Championship Standard throughout the playing season.Assist in the formulation and implementation of course construction projects and annual course renovation projects.Work closely with the Resort Superintendent to constantly improve the golf courses & maintenance facility.Implement the approved maintenance plan and adhere to the budget and attaining best prices for all supplies without compromising on quality.Prepare monthly departmental reports for management.Prepare and compile departmental budgets and forecasts and identify and rectify inefficiencies.Direct and supervise the maintenance of greens, fairways, tees, water courses, roughs and landscaping maintenance associated with Resort Operations team.Recruit, train, develop, and manage staff.Create a high-performance and accountable team while maintaining a positive, safe, challenging and enjoyable work environment.Schedule and supervise the daily / weekly / monthly operations of the Greenkeeping Team.Assist in the supervision of pesticide and fertiliser applications and / or operate and calibrate pesticide and fertiliser application equipment.Assist with developing and implementing a fertiliser, aeration and Integrated Pest Management program for proper turf grass care.Interview, participate in hiring, training and resolving team members concerns.Oversee and ensure record keeping for supplies, daily logs, application records and weather condition records.Establish, maintain, promote, and enforce safety practices and environmental practices in accordance with national / local / company policies.How we see you:HND Qualification is preferredSpraying Certificates is an advantageFamiliarity with an Irrigation System is desirableHave an excellent plant knowledge, knowing optimum growing conditions and pruning where necessary.Will have the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environmentWill be flexible in their working hours when requiredWhat's on offer?Ongoing investment in your personal development with access to internal and external training programmesFantastic opportunities to progress your careerBike to work schemeDiscounted local gym membershipMonthly recognition programmeEmployee Assistance ProgrammeSocial eventsUniformMeals while on dutyDiscounts on stays at the resort and on Food & Beverage for you and your family and friends
