We have a fantastic opportunity for a career driven individual to join our Retirement Solutions team in our Dublin Cherrywood office as a Pension Claims Administrator on a12 Month Fixed Term Contract.. The position will report to our Pension Claims Team Leader and will involve working closely with our administration partners and Financial Brokers to deliver a first-class customer service. Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for vetting and completion of full, partial and maturity claims and transfers. Liaise with our offshore team in relation to any errors which have been identified and ensure corrective action is taken. Adhere to all steps involved in order to prevent money laundering and financial crime. Deal with Customer complaints and log appropriately. Prioritise and manage your own workload to meet the varying needs of customers/Brokers. To operate within the payments out delegated authorities. Skills & Experience: QFA Qualification or working towards preferably, but not required. Previous Insurance or Financial Services experience is advantageous. Understanding of Pensions Claims processes and systems is ideal. Regulatory requirements; including conduct risk, money laundering, financial crime and Data Protection. Strong verbal and written communication. Ability to effectively prioritise workloads and work to critical deadlines. What will you get for this role?
