The Abbey Hotel, Donegal Town are seeking a reliable and dedicated and experienced Night Porter/Night Security to join our team. Full-time or part-time role will be considered.Key Responsibilities:Conduct routine patrols of all areas, including hallways,, lobbies, restaurants, bars, and "back of house" areas.Respond to guest inquiries or other general questions when appropriate, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in designated areas, including lobbies, hallways and restrooms throughout the night.Assist with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings as requiredEnsure only guests are allowed beyond the reception areas for security and safety reasons.Respond to guest inquiries and assist with any late-night requests.Provide support to other staff members as needed including light maintenance.Report any maintenance or security issues to the relevant departments.Provide a friendly and professional service to ensure excellent customer service.Requirements:Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry is required.
