Excellent opportunity for a Safety, Health & Environmental Manager to join our leading food client in Kildare.
Were seeking a proactive and experienced Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Manager to lead our clients SHE efforts.
Reporting to the Factory General Manager, youll champion a culture of health, safety, and environmental excellence while ensuring compliance with company, customer, and legal standards.

What Youll Do: Develop and implement robust EHS strategies and programs.
Drive continuous improvement in safety culture and environmental performance.
Act as the site expert on EHS compliance, audits, and emergency response.
Manage budgets for health, safety, and environmental initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies.
Requirements: A degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or equivalent experience.
Proven EHS management experience in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
A commitment to driving safety and environmental improvements.
