Senior Revenue Optimization Manager

We are seeking a senior revenue optimization professional to lead our hotel revenue management strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

* Market Intelligence:

* Forecasting and Reporting:
* Provide regular business reviews and forecasts to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators, variances, and areas for improvement.
* Team Leadership:
* Lead and develop a high-performing revenue management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Required Skills:

* Strategic thinking and analytical expertise.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
* Able to work independently and as part of a global team.
* Detailed understanding of revenue management principles, processes, and best practices.
* Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
