Key Responsibilities:
8. Troubleshoot and repair high-speed automated assembly machines.
9. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to minimise downtime.
10. Assist in the installation, setup, and refurbishment of equipment.
11. Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and records.
12. Communicate potential issues affecting capacity and quality to the team leader.
13. Support Process Engineers with continuous improvement initiatives.
14. Contribute to efficiency projects through code upgrades and system improvements.
15. Ensure performance targets and production deadlines are consistently met.
Requirements:
16. Level 5 qualification in engineering or a related field (., electronics, mechanics).
17. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technician in a high-volume, automated environment.
