Behavioural Specialist Role
This Behavioural Specialist role plays a pivotal part in delivering high-quality support services to individuals with intellectual disabilities, complex needs and behaviours of concern.
* Conduct comprehensive functional behavioural assessments.
The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. They will have excellent communication skills and be able to maintain accurate records. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve best practice outcomes.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* To conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential risks or hazards associated with each individual's environment, activities or interactions;
Apart from conducting comprehensive assessment reports on an individual basis you are expected also assist with collecting data relevant for care plans follow-up reviews.,
