Warehouse Manager
This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety and compliance with company policies.
* Supervise and train warehouse staff to foster a productive work environment.
* Manage inventory control, stock levels and accurate record-keeping to minimize discrepancies.
* Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
* Implement and maintain health and safety standards through regular inspections.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a regulated warehouse environment, strong ability to train others, and proficiency in CRM/ERP/WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite. Key Skills: Inventory management, warehouse operations, employee training, shipment coordination, health and safety protocols. Education: High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
