Our team values analytical excellence, clear communication, and continuous improvement to maximize financial returns and drive business success.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related fieldExperience in tax, finance or a related analytical fieldExperience in performing financial and ad hoc analysis using data reporting toolsExperience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analysesExperience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-makingExperience in creating process improvements with automation and analysisExperience directly managing and leading a team of 10+ membersExperience communicating to senior management and customers verbally and in writingPreferred QualificationsMBA, or CPAExperience recruiting, hiring and developing talentExperience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable resultsExperience in identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation planExperience in mentoring junior finance or business team membersExperience working with senior staff (e.g., c-suite)Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
