Purpose of the Role
To provide company secretarial support to the State Street legal entity Boards, Committees, and Governance Forums under the State Street Ireland banner.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Company Secretariat team with daily workflows.
* Prepare and issue board agendas, papers, and minutes in compliance with internal procedures, Company Law, and regulations.
* Organize logistics for meetings, including room bookings, catering, and visitor logs.
* Upload documents to the Diligent portal and maintain statutory filings and registers.
* Review developments in Corporate Governance and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
* Maintain legal entity minute books and statutory registers.
* Support audits and compliance testing processes.
* Act as a communication channel for non-executive directors and other stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
* Qualified Company Secretary (ACG or equivalent preferred).
* Proficient in computer applications and minute drafting.
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Required Competencies
* At least 3 years of company secretarial experience, preferably in financial services.
* Relevant qualifications such as BA/BSc and/or ICSA.
* Attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
