We are seeking a skilled administrative professional to join our team as a Technical Service Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Financial Processing: Accurately and timely assist with acquiring quotations and receipting supplier invoices, ensuring seamless financial transactions.
 * Billing Management: Daily reviewing and processing of supplier invoices, raising credit notes, and generating sales invoices to facilitate smooth cash flow.
 * Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate WIP reports for the Contract Manager and run weekly unapproved/unconfirmed PO reports to ensure compliance and transparency.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in administration and advanced knowledge of Google products. Strong organizational skills combined with a robust inquisitive mindset are also required.
