Corporate Finance Executive
Corporate Finance Executive role for a passionate, committed, hard-working professional who wants to work in an exciting, commercial and dynamic team.
The ideal candidate would have strong commercial or due diligence experience, along with Transaction Services and/or Corporate Finance knowledge.
Your Key Responsibilities
Building integrated and complex financial models in Excel
Drafting teasers, information memorandums, and other marketing/sale documents
Advising clients on high-profile transactions and liaising with senior executives in leading Irish corporates
Analysing company financial accounts and overall market trends
Conducting quantitative research on macro trends and their impact on company performance
Play a key role in transactions and be involved in all stages of the process

Advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, disposals and management buy-outs
Financing businesses, including raising and restructuring bank debt, private equity and alternative funding options
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies Required
ACA, ACCA, or CFA qualification (or working towards qualification)
Corporate Finance or Transaction Services experience preferred
Financial modelling experience
Strong financial accounting knowledge
First-class analytical skills and strong commercial awareness
Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage change
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team of professionals at all levels
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly MS Excel
Energetic and enthusiastic personality
