* Sales & Business Growth: Lead new business initiatives, including referral generation and achievement of pre-agreed sales targets.
* People Development: Provide opportunities for personal and professional growth, focusing on knowledge development in commercial knowledge, insurance, and risk management.
Requirements:
* CIP qualification
* Strong industry knowledge and experience in a similar role
* Ability to maintain high client service delivery standards, adapting to client needs
* Financial awareness and commercial acumen
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
