A well-known and hugely successful Irish Company are hiring a Warehouse Manager to lead daily operations in a busy, regulated warehouse.
You will manage a small and established warehouse team, to ensure smooth and accurate distribution of products, and work closely with other departments to keep our supply chain running efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, improving processes, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and fully compliant with GDP/GMP standards.
Manage stock control
Maintain warehouse equipment to required safety and regulatory standards.
Lead, train, support, and manage the performance of your team.
Requirements
It is essential you have 3–5 years' warehouse management experience, ideally in a regulated industry.
Strong people management skills and experience developing teams.
Clear and confident communicator.
Organised, analytical, and proactive, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Solid understanding of SOP's and experience developing / adhering to them.
