Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for technical and quantitative candidates
* Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and agency partnerships
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and inform hiring strategies
* Deliver data-driven insights and reporting to stakeholders to support decision-making and continuous improvement
* Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic recruiting environment
* Proven success recruiting technical and/or quantitative candidates, especially in front office or high-performance tech environments
* Deep understanding of the software development landscape and technical hiring best practices
* Experience working in highly selective hiring environments
* Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
* Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate relationship management
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
