Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of our marketing communications.
This role focuses on developing and refining content, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring consistent messaging across channels such as LinkedIn and email.
The role will work closely with the marketing team to help plan communications, improve messaging, and ensure brand materials are used effectively across campaigns.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Support the planning and scheduling of marketing communications across LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
Draft, review, and refine marketing content to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact.
Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve campaigns and communications.
Coordinate marketing materials and ensure brand assets are used consistently.
Assist in preparing marketing materials such as reports, presentations, and announcements.
Help maintain an organised library of brand assets and marketing materials.
Support campaign planning and communications calendars.
Key Skills and Competencies
A degree in Marketing with a minimum of 4 years post graduate experience.
Experience supporting marketing or communications activities.
Strong written communication and content editing skills.
Good understanding of email and social communications, particularly LinkedIn.
Experience supporting email communications or campaigns.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with email marketing tools or social media scheduling tools.
Basic design awareness and ability to work with templates.
Experience working with brand guidelines.
Experience working within an agency or corporate marketing and communications environment.
