**Area Sales Manager Opportunity**
We are seeking a talented sales professional to represent our industry leading brands in the Republic of Ireland. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for delivering profitable growth across our range of renders by developing predominantly contractor and distributor pull through business.
* Develop and maintain customer relationships with contractors, distributors, and merchants;
* Identify and secure new potential customers and opportunities that drive sales;
* Ensure consistent activity with national housebuilders and support regional housebuilders to drive sales and opportunities;
* Provide support to all required branches in region to drive sales and maximise product availability;
The ideal candidate will have experience in distribution, contractor, and project sales, as well as managing and securing projects via housebuilders, contractors, and distributors/merchants. They will also have excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing an industry leading customer experience.
Key Accountabilities:
* Responsible for the delivery of annual revenue and profit margin targets;
* Ensure consistent activity with national housebuilders and support regional housebuilders;
* Identify and qualify new potential customers and opportunities;
* Provide support to all required branches in region;
