The Opportunity: The Offshore Business Intelligence Senior Lead Analyst will work within the Business Intelligence team of the Offshore PMO, supporting data-driven insights and reporting solutions for offshore transmission readiness and infrastructure delivery. The role involves leading BI projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting process and reporting framework improvements to support regulatory submissions, executive reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
The Team: The Chief Transformation & Technology Office (CTTO) drives innovation, digital transformation, and strategic technology delivery across EirGrid. The Offshore PMO, within this office, ensures alignment between technology strategy and offshore programme execution.
About You: Successful candidates will have:
* A university degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent, with a minimum of 6+ years relevant experience
* Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and execution skills, with experience leading process design, implementation, change management, and improvement
* Strong understanding of data extraction, transfer, and loading processes
* Experience developing business analysis on schedule, cost, and performance data for government, regulators, and C-Suite audiences using digital storybooks, data analytics, and Power BI
* Experience with Microsoft Azure data analytic tools, Power BI dashboards, and business process change initiatives to improve data management and quality
* Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Data Factory, Studio, and Project Online systems and analytics
* Experience leading BI and change programs using Agile methodologies and managing complex projects as a programme manager
* Ability to engage and influence stakeholders to achieve project goals through effective communication and diplomacy
