Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef with:
* Minimum 4 years of previous hotel/hospitality work experience
* Completed Hospitality/Travel/Tourism qualification at Diploma level
* Minimum level 3 Food Safety (HACCP)
