Overview
We\'re hiring a Store Manager for our Dublin shop.
This is a 38-hour-per-week position with rotating shifts, starting in September.
The role requires experience in team management, customer service, and a good level of English.
Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the team to ensure high performance and a positive work environment.
Ensure that sales targets and customer service standards are met at all times.
Oversee daily store operations: opening and closing, cash register balancing, orders, merchandise reception, inventory control, and stockroom organization.
Ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising and maintain the space in line with the brand\'s values and aesthetic.
Be the face and representative of Grupo Pampling in the store, embodying our values of creativity, sustainability, and customer closeness.
Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and the customer experience.
Work closely with logistics, purchasing, and visual teams to effectively manage the store.
