Responsibilities
* Lead audit teams from planning to successful completion, ensuring high-quality standards.
* Manage diverse client portfolios with tailored services across industries.
* Strategically allocate staff resources for efficient project management.
* Coach, guide and develop staff on the engagements.
* Proactively exceed client expectations as the primary point of contact.
* Cultivate strong relationships with managers and team members.
* Embed the firm's core values in department objectives and strategies.
* Develop understanding of accounting and auditing literature.
* Identify best practices on engagements and implement them efficiently.
Qualifications
* ACA or ACCA qualification with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
* Proficiency in technical auditing and accounting, including ISAs and standards such as FRS100 to FRS102 and IFRS.
* Robust market/commercial awareness.
* Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
* Strong communication with client service ethos.
* Ability to adapt to change.
