This role involves overseeing user support for the learning management system (LMS), serving a vast network of 6,500 restaurants and 220,000 employees.
The Sr Specialist - Learning Systems will also assist with course QA testing and implementation, acting as the administrator for LMS, LCMS, and LRS components within our learning ecosystem.
Responsibilities
* Provide Level 1-3 user support for the LMS, catering to a large user base.
* Configure, maintain, and support LCMS and LRS.
* Support project and task management tracking and configuration.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technology, Computer Sciences, or related field (preferred).
* Minimum of two years' help desk and admin support experience for large user bases (100k+ users).
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Knowledge of SCORM, AICC, and e-learning standards.
* Experience with Learning Management Systems, LCMS, and LRS.
* Experience with virtual classroom tools (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom).
* Excellent communication skills (oral, written, listening).
* Proficiency with single-source publishing tools (e.g., MadCap Flare).
* Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
