This role has a strong BCAR compliance focus and will suit someone experienced in managing site delivery, documentation, and coordination on housing developments. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations on residential civils projects. Ensure full compliance with BCAR requirements, inspections, and documentation. Coordinate subcontractors, site engineers, and suppliers. Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities. Oversee health & safety, quality, and programme delivery. Attend office meetings in Dublin one day per week. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Agent on residential civils projects. Strong BCAR knowledge and hands-on experience (essential). Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple work fronts and stakeholders. Full driving licence is essential for site and office commuting.
