The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, leading the team to deliver exceptional service, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Supervision: Oversee daily front office activities, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
* Team Leadership: Lead, train, and support the front office team to deliver outstanding service.
* Cross-Departmental Coordination: Ensure seamless communication and collaboration with housekeeping and other departments.
