The Role / Location
We are recruiting a Senior Surveyor for our Dublin office, within our Development Agency and Consultancy Team. The role involves providing consultancy advice on land strategy, site analysis, planning, and financial assessment, with a flexible focus on consultancy and agency work.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Irish property market across asset classes, excellent technical, numerical, and report writing skills, and at least three years of property industry experience. A good understanding of development land, planning policies, and financial modeling is essential.
Key skills include financial modeling, client relationship management, and the ability to produce high-quality reports and advisory notes.

* Experience in strategic analysis and management of development assets, including financial modeling (Excel, Argus Developer).
* Client and team management skills.
* Ability to build internal networks and work collaboratively.
* Technical valuation skills with commercial acumen.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, organized, and adaptable.
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* Experience advising financial lenders, developers, and investors.
* Knowledge of Irish development land market and planning system.
Person Specification
* Excellent communication skills.
* Chartered status (SCSI/RICS) or working towards it preferred.
* Ability to build client relationships and manage projects.
* Technically competent with knowledge of key market issues and software tools.
* Proactive, ambitious, and capable of working independently or in teams.
* Valid driver’s license and access to vehicle advantageous.
