Assistant Store Manager
* Analyse sales, KPIs and customer feedback to drive store performance.
* Support the Store Manager in planning and executing business strategies that achieve sales targets.
* Enhance visual merchandising and product displays to maximise commercial impact and align with brand guidelines.
Responsibilities:
* Leadership: Build, lead and nurture a diverse team to unlock their potential and support their development.
* Customer Experience: Provide deep product knowledge, engage customers with storytelling and embody Pandora's brand values.
* Store Operations: Assist with daily tasks including rotas, stock control, till operations, security, health and safety and compliance.
