What We Offer
* Starting basic salary from €33,320 + a monthly commission averaging €500 (subject to individual performance)
* 23 days holiday, contributory pension scheme, life assurance, health insurance subsidy and AXA employee discounts
* Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week, 9–5 Monday to Friday
Induction & Training
You will receive hands‑on training in modern sales techniques and tools, learn to understand customer needs and offer solutions that add real value, and use Sales Force to track and manage follow‑ups.
Onboarding Training and Travel
The training will be provided by our specialist trainers at the Tunbridge Wells, UK site, so you must be able to travel to the UK.
What You'll Be Doing
* Selling to warm, qualified leads to meet individual targets
* Selling International Private Medical Insurance to high‑net‑worth customers and expats worldwide
* Achieving monthly and annual sales targets as part of a team

Qualifications
* Fluency in English (essential)
* Customer‑facing/service background (essential)
* Office experience
* Clear and professional communication, written and verbal
* Ability to convey ideas confidently and clearly via email and phone
* Coachable, goal‑oriented, and motivated by results
* Organized, able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
* Confident, curious, and enjoys connecting with people
* Positive attitude and willingness to step out of comfort zone
* Strong attention to detail and IT literate
* Eligible and authorized to work in Ireland and/or the United Kingdom
