Cpl Recruitment are seeking an experienced HR Administrator for a 3-month contract, based in West Dublin, to work with Public Sector clients. The successful candidate will provide HR administration support to the wider HR team, with specific focus on recruitment campaigns.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high standards of HR admin support to all employees. This includes being the first point of contact for recruitment queries and using applicant tracking systems effectively.
* Providing high-quality support services across various aspects of Human Resources.
* Maintaining accurate records and databases related to personnel management.
* Supporting payroll processes by handling queries efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* A third-level qualification in a relevant field such as Human Resources or Business Administration is required. The position requires at least one year's experience working within an ‘HR’ role, with strong attention given towards detail-oriented organisational skills along basic computer literacy levels up until now too!
