Job Title:Office Administrator with Customer Service & Accounts experience Location of Work: Beechmount, Fethard, Co.
Tipperary, E91 E8W8, note very occasional customer facing work offsite.
We are 10 miles from the town of Cashel and a similar distance from Thurles and Fethard.
The main purpose of the role:To be a constant and active administrative presence within the reception and front of house area of our family speciality food business, disseminating information around the business, welcoming, entertaining and presenting to trade and consumer visitors.
In total we are an established team of circa 20.

The person who fills this role is often the first person the trade, or indeed the general public encounters when they contact/visit Cashel Farmhouse Cheesemakers, they are an ambassador for our products, and the professionalism and efficiency, and love of quality cheese, of our specialty food business.
Communication internally and externally and recording of such is key to this role.
They have a key role in the day to day administrative operation of order management from receipt to dispatch.
To Whom will the candidate report to:The successful candidate will report to Sarah Furno, General Manager or in Sarahs absence Sergio Furno, in such case that both Sergio and Sarah away the team member should report to Louis Clifton Brown.
They will work as a team alongside Accounts receivable/payable and the Team leader for Packing and Dispatch and/or their deputy.
Job requirements: A people person with a friendly manner Book-keeping/pay roll experience (to act as a back up to our book-keeper) Customer Facing Experience Strong Communication skills Strong Organisation skills The ability to work under pressure I.T and digital systems experience- confidence to look at making simple adjustment to back end of website for booking systems, use of booking portals, various digital platform for order processing and purchasing, HR digital platforms.
Familiarity with cloud based storage systems.
Flexibility and a positive outlook Enjoy working within a team The Role: Responsible for main order email Receiving and processing sales orders by: Portal, email, phone and in person at our little cheese-dairy shop.
Ordering 3rd party cheese Ordering & maintaining office supplies Ordering and organisation of Logistics, including paperwork for export outside of the EU to Britain, Canada, and Australia and liasing with Oakland International warehouse in Dublin and Orchard Warehouse Cork re Ornua (North America) orders.
Organising DPD/DSV small customers /marketing samples/competition entries.
Monitoring sales of key customers and following up where sales not received.
Liasing with Accounts where customers owe monies and not dispatching to said customers.
Liasing with Team leader from packing regarding status of orders and where necessary re-scheduling transport.
Liasing with Head of Packing regarding forward orders of volume, this is especially of note at Christmas time, when orders are received in September and need to be spaced out in order to deliver to an agreed schedule that meets all parties needs (both customer and ourselves) Hospitality: Responsible for welcome tourists to the site and entertaining them, including preparing cheese, and talking about our process, cheesemaking in Ireland, leading them through a tasting- Lots of training will provided on this aspect.
Preparing refreshments for Business visitors: Organising food and laying this out Assisting in the preparation and delivery of Trade and Consumer events both on and off site.
(Bloom, Food on the Edge, Trade Shows abroad Managing Visitor Experiences, both booked & spontaneous Cheese Shop: Responsible for looking after small customers who call to the dairy and running our Christmas pop up shop which operates for 2 weeks in the run up to Christmas Administration: Assistance in organising interviews and process of such Assistance in preparation for Quality Assurance audits Assistance in Product Recall Managing Company Calendar and reviewing with office team on a weekly basis.
Admin support to HR Apps Accounts: Generating Sales invoices to cover Accounts Holiday absences
