Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial aspects of assigned projects. This will include preparing and agreeing on monthly project Payment Claims, as well as overseeing the preparation of Internal and External Project Cashflow information.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading Change Control, assessing and quantifying the effects of delay and disruption on projects, and monitoring all commercial aspects of assigned projects. Additionally, you will procure Subcontractors & Suppliers, compile and issue Subcontracts.
To be successful in this role, you must have a Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role. You should also possess strong communication and negotiation skills and be contractually and commercially astute. Experience administering RIAI, GCC, and bespoke contracts is preferable, as well as IT literacy with experience in Cubit, CostX & COINS software.
