Accounts Assistant Our manufacturing client based in Bray is seeking an Accounts Assistantto join their team on a 6 month part-time contract. You will play a key role in supporting the Accounts function as well as being customer focused. If you are an experienced accounts professional who is proficient with SAGE50, then this role may be for you! For You: 35k DOE (pro rata) 6 month contract. Part-time, Tuesday - Thursday. Join an established and busy team. Responsibilities: Submitting invoices through customer portals. Posting credit notes to sage ledgers. Checking credit invoices. Ensuring pricing and quantity is matching against dockets. General administrative and accounts support as required. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role. SAGE 50 and excel experience required. Experience in manufacturing/distribution is highly desirable. Strong communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
