This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Office Administrator to join a dynamic, fast paced Sales environment.Duties & ResponsibilitiesThis role includes but is not limited to:Sales Office reception duties including answering calls and greeting customersDealing with incoming and outbound postTaking sales orders via telephone / online ordering systemCorrespondence with Customers as necessaryLiaise with Sales repsEnsuring details are correct prior to sending order to productionPrint off orders each eveningFiling / shreddingMonitoring office stock and replenishmentRoutine Order checking/StatusLiaise with dispatch as requiredIf there are problems with orders ensure customers are kept up to dateAny other duties deemed necessary, or duties as and when required in keeping with the roleSkills· Excellent communication / people skills are necessary when dealing with customers over the phone and via email.· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are essential· Ability to build excellent client relationships· Excellent organisational and administrative strengths· Ability to work independently and within a teamQualifications & ExperienceIdeally the successful candidate will have sales office experience.A good knowledge of Microsoft Office will be beneficial.Job Type: Full-timePay: €28,000.00-€30,000.00 per yearWork Location: In personApplication deadline: 12/09/2025Reference ID: SOAMay25Expected start date: 15/09/2025
