Key Responsibilities
As General Manager, you will:
* Oversee daily operations across all properties within the group.
* Lead and inspire a team of department heads to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
* Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
* Ensure all operational and service standards are maintained to the highest level.
* Drive financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue streams.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through staff training and development.
* Act as an ambassador for the hotel group, maintaining strong relationships with guests, the local community, and stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and employment regulations.
Candidate Requirements
