Document Controller
to be based in
Dublin West.
About Your New Job
* Using document management software to track and safely store documents (Procure and Sharepoint)
* Collating all necessary documents for particular projects
* Create reports for management and clients based upon existing documentation
* Distribute documentation to employees relating to health and safety
* Distribute documentation relating to project progress to clients and stakeholders
* Converting paper documentation to electronic format and ensuring they are legible and securely stored
* Documenting meetings and events in relation to a project and uploading them to storage area and website where necessary.
What Skills You Need
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
* High level of verbal and written English.
* Experience with knowledge sharing applications is a plus.
