The Role We are currently recruiting an OTC Sales Advisor to join our team 3 - 4 days per week .
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, is passionate about health and wellness, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities: Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service to all customers.
Offer advice on over-the-counter medicines, skincare, vitamins, and health products .
Support the pharmacy team in maintaining high standards of merchandising and presentation.
Handle sales transactions, stock replenishment, and day-to-day store duties.
Ensure a clean, welcoming, and efficient retail environment.
The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in retail pharmacy essential.
A recognised OTC qualification (IPU or similar) desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented.
Enthusiastic about health, wellbeing, and community care.
