We are working with a leading national law firm based in Dublin for an Associate to join their Commercial team.The Role:The successful candidate will join an excellent Commercial team, advising clients on structuring, negotiating, and managing a broad range of contractual relationships. The lawyer will work with a broad range of clients including suppliers, distributors, and licensors.The lawyer will play an active role throughout the contract lifecycle, from procurement and negotiation to implementation and enforcement.
