We provide Early Years and Afterschool Care services.
With an experience of more than 25 years in the childcare industry, we are one of the most established organisations operating all over Ireland.
Our goal is to extend children's daily learning by involving them in a wide range of sports and creative programmes, with a strict 'No Screen Time' policy.
With 4 creches and preschools in Dublin, Kids Inc also hosts over 60 on-site breakfast and afterschool care programmes nationwide.
We are looking for kind, enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about working with children to join our team.
We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Term-Time Manager in Bandon to support our busy afterschool & holiday service.
Role
Daily management of the centre, including administration and completion of reports
Organise the upcoming week according to company guidelines
Ensure that all team members are on board with the weekly plans and clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members
Support staff to ensure the holistic development the children
Maintain close, effective, working partnerships with staff and parents to ensure the wellbeing of their children and to achieve the centre's goals
Your Profile
Minimum of 3 years professional experience working with children
Previous experience as a manager in a childcare or educational setting
Excellent communication skills
Experience in training other team members
Microsoft Office proficiency
A relevant childcare or teaching qualification (desirable)
