The Opportunity: Location: Orion Business Campus, Northwest Business Park, Ballycoolin, Blanchardstown, Dublin, D15 WP96, Ireland About the Role We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operative to support daily operations within our Distribution Centre.
This role is essential for ensuring the smooth, accurate, and safe movement of goods.
You will work closely with colleagues across departments to maintain high service standards and efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily workflow and shipping activities within the Distribution Centre.
Manage documentation and ensure the timely dispatch of goods.
Collaborate with the Customer Service team to resolve order queries.
File all shipping and transport documentation accurately.
Complete end-of-day close-out tasks to enable timely billing.
Support goods-in, picking, packing, and general warehouse tasks as required.
Follow all Health & Safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
Ensure permits-to-work are completed for onsite tasks.
Handle dangerous goods in line with ADR regulations.
Set and track personal performance goals.
Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills Essential: IT literacy, including SAP and Excel.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organisation, time management, and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Knowledge of warehouse processes, safety regulations, and internal systems.
Advantageous: Forklift licence.
HazChem certification.
Manual Handling training.
Physical & Working Conditions Industrial warehouse environment with exposure to noise, machinery, and temperature changes.
Role requires bending, lifting (up to 34 kg), climbing, crouching, and operating equipment.
