** You Must Have Demonstrated Experience in Insulation and / or Solar Surveying and Sales **
Candidate Duties -
You will be representing a large well known company with an extensive range of retrofit energy solutions to the existing housing stock. You will engage with new and existing customers & showcase our outstanding Quality and Customer Service. You will provide solutions tailored to our customer's needs. To achieve this you will be Confident, Assertive with Strong Communication Skills and a desire to achieve the best result for both the customer and the Company.
Candidate Skills -
1. B2C sales experience
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills
3. Technical knowledge
4. Personal integrity
5. Ability to travel
Candidate requirements -
You will need some sales experience and a proven track record.
1. Represent our company's products and services,
2. Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
3. Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling
4. Prepare professional working notes
5. Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations
6. Coordinate with colleagues to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring
Preferred Qualifications -
1. Understanding of SEAI grant scheme
2. Understanding of energy efficiency in the home & associated products
3. Proven success
4. Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
5. Strong organisational skills
