This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled and experienced HR Administrator. The role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the HR function and in promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture for Executive Staff.
 * Maintaining employee records & efiles and other related HR documents
 * Accurate data entry into the HRM System
 * Contract preparation and onboarding activities
 * Collating payroll and pension data/file updates
 * Leave and absence management
 * Tracking probation/My Progress follow up and completion
 * Monthly people data reporting
 * Staff survey and feedback data management
 * Supporting GDPR document management
Ideal Candidate:
 * A minimum of 2 years' experience in HR administration
 * Qualification in Human Resource Management is highly desirable
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
 * Experienced in administration on HRM Systems
 * Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
 * Ability to handle a busy workload while prioritising tasks effectively
 * Team player with a proactive approach to contributing to departmental goals
