My client is seeking an experienced and proactive
Lead Planner
to join their growing Environment & Planning team. This is a senior opportunity for a chartered planning professional to lead complex projects, provide strategic planning advice, and mentor junior staff within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and review complex planning applications, EIARs and planning reports
* Provide strategic planning advice across a range of sectors
* Mentor and manage junior planners
* Liaise with clients, planning authorities, An Bord Pleanála and key stakeholders
* Support project delivery, timelines and budgets in collaboration with internal teams
* Represent clients at meetings, consultations and Oral Hearings
* Contribute to business development and tender submissions
Requirements
* 10+ years' experience in planning, with project leadership experience
* Corporate Member of IPI or Chartered Member of RTPI
* Strong knowledge of Irish planning legislation and EIAR processes
* Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
