The Role: Advising clients on the acquisition, sale, leasing, and development of commercial properties
Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, contracts for sale, and development agreements
Managing due diligence and title reviews on behalf of institutional and private clients
Advising on property finance, including security reviews and lending documentation
Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties to ensure efficient completion of transactions
Supporting junior members of the team and contributing to ongoing professional development within the department
