One of Ireland’s finest wedding destinations, pairing warm Irish hospitality with a modern appeal.Key responsibilities of the position will include:Ensure all event venues are set up and ready to welcome guests promptly and to the highest standards.Deliver outstanding service throughout events, ensuring that each guest’s experience exceeds expectations.Foster excellent communication and teamwork, ensuring smooth coordination during events.Meet with prospective clients/couples for Hotel show arounds and site inspections.Plan and coordinate all events from enquiry stage through to final details for the day.Maximise sales opportunities and enhance guest satisfaction through proactive engagement and suggestive selling.What are we looking for?Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment, particularly in meetings and events.A hands‑on approach with excellent organisational and time-management skills.Exceptional communication abilities, both with guests and team members.A keen eye for detail, ensuring every event runs smoothly and flawlessly.Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to handle challenges on the day of the event.Red Carnation Hotels is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
