What's Involved
* Efficiently undertake and coordinate all site administration duties, providing support to the Contracts Manager and wider project team
* Manage, track, and record site correspondence using company databases
* Administer records for labour, plant, materials, and returns
* Assist the Health and Safety team in recording and managing H&S documentation
* Work collaboratively with the Contracts Manager and project team to ensure smooth project operations
* Support effective communication between site and office teams, ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
Key Requirements
* 2–3 years' experience in a similar site administration or office support role
* Previous experience in construction is advantageous
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
* Strong IT skills, including MS Office and database management
* Attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
