Test Manager Role:
* Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
* Work closely with Technology colleagues (Project Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, Operations staff and others) and a variety of business stakeholders to ensure confidence in new system, processes, and procedures
* Develop, Document and implement Test Strategy, Test plans and where required Test cases and Test scripts
* Providing testing estimates and timelines
* Management and Reporting of SIT i.e. Full End-to-End Testing to project and senior stakeholders
* Experience with Jira and the creation and presentation of Status Reports and MI Dashboards on Test progress and associated KPIs to senior stakeholders
* Support the impacted business teams in the management of UAT
* Work closely with Customers, Business Analysts and Developers to ensure effective test cases are created and then executed. This will include providing input on the definition of testable requirements and helping define the acceptance criteria.
* Support the execution of detailed test plans for project and impacted business and IT areas
* Review / Create and maintain of both functional and non-functional test cases
* Assist in the planning, design, and management of test data sets
* Adhere to the banks operational technical Test and Quality procedures and policies
* Supporting the Preparation all relevant Processes and Test Reports are signed off, approved and complete to comply with deployment process and release Governance including CAB
* In depth understanding of IT Infrastructure and the full Software Delivery Lifecycle (ideally in both waterfall and agile models).
* Experience of managing IT testing (System Test, SIT, Load, Performance, etc.) in complex (i.e. multi-project, multi-system) environments and aligned to multiple delivery methodologies (e.g. Waterfall and Agile) including the full defect management lifecycle.
* Demonstrable experience in the delivery of test phases for medium-large scale complex IT programs/projects.
* Genesys / Call Centre Transformation experience
* Experience of working within Financial Services
