* Maintain strong communication channels with the Project Manager and Site Manager to ensure a harmonious project environment and efficient workflow.

* Perform regular quality control assessments and address any defects or issues promptly, ensuring the highest standards are consistently maintained.

* Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations on-site, fostering a safe working environment for all personnel.

* Lead and motivate teams of finishing trades professionals and subcontractors, promoting collaboration and productivity.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager - Finishing Trades in the construction industry.
