As part of the onsite team, the Event Production Coordinator will provide calendar, organizational, and administrative support to the team across EMEA.
The primary focus is on managing booking requests and scheduling support for events.
The successful candidate will be able to step seamlessly into a corporate environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills, impeccable customer service attitude, and be energetically driven to serve our customers.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring a customer-obsessed service.
Your role involves understanding customer needs, working closely with producers, and delegating tasks appropriately to ensure smooth event execution.
You will combine strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on process improvement to support seamless event production delivery.
About the teamThe Event Production team provides high-quality support to internal Amazon customers.
The team consists of engineers who work daily with production equipment, helping to plan and execute each event within the space.
