Portfolio Manager Job Description
The Portfolio Manager is responsible for developing strategic relationships with customers in key markets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain customer relationships
* Manage customer accounts, ensuring accuracy of customer data and hierarchies
* Create and implement customer plans, including approval and follow-up with unit management
* Build and coordinate relationships between customers and stakeholders
* Evaluate commercial or operational risks and customer complaints
Main Activities:
* Identify and develop opportunities within assigned customer base
* Develop value propositions that clearly describe the benefits of KONE solutions
* Negotiate and manage national or frame agreements and contract portfolios
* Increase profitability of customers' business with KONE
* Promote renegotiation and cancellation prevention
* Manage purchase order processes and mitigate cancellation risks
* Prepare tenders, quotations/offers, and run operational reports
* Handle complaints and queries
* Support the finance function in money collection
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous key account management experience is essential
* Lifts industry experience is beneficial but not essential
* Ability to deliver internal and external presentations
* Familiarity with SAP & Salesforce is beneficial
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Able to identify and mitigate potential risks within the portfolio
